Studypage Tutoring Policy
A few important things to know before your next lesson. These policies help us protect your tutor's time and keep everything running smoothly.
01. Payment & Booking
Payment must be received at least 48 hours before your lesson to secure your spot on our calendar.
03. Schedule Changes
Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible. All adjustments depend on tutor availability.
05. Sick Student Policy
Feeling under the weather? Please cancel with appropriate notice or switch to a virtual lesson. If a tutor arrives and your student is visibly ill, the tutor will leave and the full lesson fee will still apply.
02. Outstanding Balances
Unpaid lessons will be postponed until your balance is paid. Original tutor and time slot availability cannot be guaranteed.
04. 24-Hour Cancellation
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged as a full lesson.
