StudyPage Fall Gift Card & Promotional Credit Policy

Effective for Fall Gift Card Promotion purchases

Thank you for investing in your student's education! StudyPage Fall Gift Cards include the amount purchased plus complimentary promotional credit provided by StudyPage.

FALL GIFT CARD VALUES

• $500 Gift Card: Pay $500 → Receive $550 in StudyPage Credit

• $1,000 Gift Card: Pay $1,000 → Receive $1,150 in StudyPage Credit

• $2,000 Gift Card: Pay $2,000 → Receive $2,400 in StudyPage Credit

• $3,000 Gift Card: Pay $3,000 → Receive $3,750 in StudyPage Credit

• $5,000 VIP Gift Card: Pay $5,000 → Receive $6,500 in StudyPage Credit

The difference between the purchase price and total StudyPage Credit is complimentary promotional credit and was not purchased by the Client.

What Can My Credit Be Used For?

Fall Gift Card credit may be applied toward eligible StudyPage Learning Center services, including:

• One-on-one tutoring

• Academic tutoring

• Study skills and executive-function support

• Test preparation

• College application support

• Homework support

• Eligible StudyPage workshops, camps, or educational programs

Availability of individual programs, Tutors, locations, and services is not guaranteed and may change throughout the year.

Using Your Credit

Gift Card credit is applied to services at the current rate for the service being purchased at the time the service is scheduled or redeemed.

Purchasing a Gift Card does not lock in current tutoring rates unless StudyPage specifically states otherwise in writing.

Credit may be used over multiple appointments until the available balance has been exhausted.

All appointments booked using Gift Card credit remain subject to StudyPage's regular scheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies.

Purchased Value vs. Bonus Credit

Each promotional Gift Card consists of two parts:

Purchased Value — The amount actually paid by the Client.

Promotional Credit — The additional complimentary value provided by StudyPage as part of the Fall promotion.

For example:

A Client who purchases the $2,000 Gift Card receives:

$2,000 Purchased Value + $400 Promotional Credit = $2,400 StudyPage Credit.

Promotional Credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold separately from the Gift Card.

Refunds

Fall Gift Card purchases are final sale and non-refundable, except where a refund or cash redemption is required by applicable law.

Unused Promotional Credit is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

StudyPage's general Refund Policy continues to apply to services purchased using Gift Card credit.

Expiration

The purchased portion of the Gift Card will be administered in accordance with applicable California law.

Any complimentary Promotional Credit is subject to the promotional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional bonus credit should be used within 12 months of the original purchase date, subject to applicable law.

Transfers & Family Use

Gift Card credit may be used for the purchaser's student or another member of the purchaser's immediate family with StudyPage approval.

Gift Cards and promotional credits may not be resold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another family for compensation.

Combining Promotions

Fall Gift Cards may not be combined with another discount, promotional offer, coupon, bonus-credit offer, or specially discounted package unless StudyPage expressly permits it.

Clients may always ask us which available option provides the best value before booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments paid for using Gift Card credit follow the same cancellation policies as other StudyPage appointments.

Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled according to StudyPage's scheduling policies.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without appropriate notice may be deducted from the Gift Card balance at the applicable full session rate.

Tutor & Service Availability

Purchasing a Gift Card does not guarantee:

• A particular Tutor

• A particular appointment time

• A particular StudyPage location

• Admission into a limited-capacity program

• Availability of a specific service

Appointments and programs remain subject to availability.

Lost Gift Cards

StudyPage maintains records of promotional Gift Card purchases. If a physical or digital Gift Card is lost, please contact StudyPage so we can attempt to locate the purchase and remaining balance.

Proof of purchase or purchaser identification may be required.

Promotional Purchases

Fall promotional Gift Cards are available for a limited time and may be discontinued at any time.

StudyPage reserves the right to limit the number of promotional Gift Cards purchased by an individual or household.

Agreement

By purchasing or using a StudyPage Fall Gift Card, the purchaser and recipient acknowledge and agree to this Gift Card & Promotional Credit Policy as well as StudyPage's applicable tutoring, scheduling, cancellation, and service policies.
