During the two-hour MCreator class, students indulge into the realm of Minecraft modding, creating personalized content for the game. The session focuses on building a simple project, with students either crafting custom blocks or designing a unique mob. Through MCreator's user-friendly interface, they grasp the fundamentals of modding, discovering how to bring their imaginative ideas to life within the Minecraft universe. This hands-on experience lays the groundwork for future exploration in the world of game modification.

What to bring:

- Laptop with working mouse and keyboard (can be provided upon request,

- I  recommend having MCreator downloaded (I can provide a "how to download)

- snacks

- closed cap water bottle

What NOT to bring:

- Electronics (iPads, switches, etc)

- Toy distractions

- Open/loose capped water bottles

- Notebook & drawing paper (provided)

Please note:

Snacks and drinks have to be away from any electronics

Any students that are signed up for both sessions are free to bring an iPad and/or lunch that stays in their backpack until free time, rubiks cubes and side games/activities (Makey Makey, stress balls, fidget spinners) will be set up if student needs a coding break
